Therefore, we understand the challenges Primary Care providers face financially and logistically within the given workload requirements, our aim is to provide a service tailored to the Primary Care sector.

‘We have been using Surgery Facilities Management since February 2019. The service has been highly beneficial to the surgery, and particularly beneficial to me as a Business / Practice Manager. Surgery Facilities Management take on the time consuming burden of fixing ad hoc facilities snagging issues, (broken door handles etc). These tasks are often an unwelcome distraction for a Business / Practice Manager, so it has been fantastic to have support in this area. Surgery Facilities Management will order and install new door handles, repair fixtures and fittings in a timely fashion (during the weekly site visit). On top of this, Surgery Facilities Management have a programme of building checks which ensure your building is CQC compliant (fire drills, water checks etc), which offers reassurance, and saves me a lot of time and stress. Surgery Facilities Management can also help source contractors for larger scale building works, and Shafeek has assisted me by writing a detailed report on our major premises update requirements, and obtained quotes for a major building update project (at a very reasonable cost).
