  • 2 full days on-site with the team to show and help perform:
    • How to test fire alarm
    • How to check emergency lighting
    • How to test tap temperature
    • How to conduct a fire drill
  • Compliance folder and templates
  • 1 follow up visit to ensure your team is meeting compliance
  • Access to our support team for guidance
  • Access to our emergency team (Plumbing/ Electrics/Maintenance)

‘We have been using Surgery Facilities Management since February 2019. The service has been highly beneficial to the surgery, and particularly beneficial to me as a Business / Practice Manager. Surgery Facilities Management take on the time consuming burden of fixing ad hoc facilities snagging issues, (broken door handles etc). These tasks are often an unwelcome distraction for a Business / Practice Manager, so it has been fantastic to have support in this area. Surgery Facilities Management will order and install new door handles, repair fixtures and fittings in a timely fashion (during the weekly site visit). On top of this, Surgery Facilities Management have a programme of building checks which ensure your building is CQC compliant (fire drills, water checks etc), which offers reassurance, and saves me a lot of time and stress. Surgery Facilities Management can also help source contractors for larger scale building works, and Shafeek has assisted me by writing a detailed report on our major premises update requirements, and obtained quotes for a major building update project (at a very reasonable cost). Shafeek (the Director) has a background in large scale Practice Management, so he understands the pressures and premises needs of a GP surgery.’ I cannot recommend Surgery Facilities Management highly enough, they have provided an excellent service from day one.’
